Application Guide
Day 1 — Under the Tongue (Morning)
On an empty stomach after a glass of water, place three drops from the pipette under the tongue and hold until completely dissolved. Do not eat for 15–20 minutes after application.
Day 2 — In the Nose
Instill 30% of the dropper (one third) into the nose and inhale as deeply as possible. Close the other nostril beforehand. If necessary, use a vasodilator spray and rinse your nose first. Inhale with full force like a vacuum cleaner.
Continue Alternating Daily
Alternate between sublingual and nasal application each morning. Do not swallow any mucus that comes out of the nose — be sure to spit it out. Watch the instructional video in our store or via the QR code before first use.
